At Erie Ink, we sell and repair laser printers, new and refurbished. We also sell new (OEM) and remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges.

- Toner cartridges will take a thousand years to decompose.
- For every cartridge that is recycled, a half-gallon of oil is conserved.
- China and other Asian countries, where old computers, printers, and toner cartridges have typically been sent for disposal, are tightening restrictions — meaning that they end up in US landfills. At Erie Ink, we recycle printer cartridges ourselves. Every empty toner cartridge we pick up gets recycled or remanufactured. We even recycle the cardboard boxes they come packaged in!

All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% guarantee. We know that problems can happen from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will promptly resolve the problem. Usually we replace it and the problem is solved. Or you can return it for a refund or credit within 1 year of the date of purchase.
Our products are also guaranteed not to cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to equipment (under normal use).
If your return involves an OEM product, we honor the manufacturers’ return policy which is 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be sure that you have the original packaging for the product and the invoice number.
